Many sales people dread the part of the call when they have to mention the price. They rush through it, stumble over it and generally mess it up. They freak out about it.
But they are the only person freaking out about it. The customer sees the price and thinks either, Yes, No or Maybe.
They don’t freak out. They get excited or disappointed – but not freaked out.
It is only sales people who get freaked out…and that doesn’t help anyone.
Don’t freak out.
