What’s the best way to beat burnout? Would 2 weeks in Bali with friends and family be it? Or would a 10-day silent meditation retreat be better?
In this study I put both strategies to the test. Measuring cortisol as the independent way of measuring stress, this study shows the best way to get cortisol levels back to normal.
